Timeshare Seller

Congratulations on the sale of your timeshare! Please allow us the opportunity to be of service by professionally closing your sale, including document preparation, funds escrow and disbursement,and recording of the transfer. We will hold any agreed deposit funds from the buyer in our escrow account pending the closing of the sale.

To start processing the sale we need 3 things from you. First, please fax or scan and email a copy of your recorded deed to us. If you cannot locate the recorded deed we can search for it at the courthouse for a $25.00 search fee. Second, we need for you to print, complete and fax the resort seller consent form. The download link to that form is  directly below.  Finally, we need for you to complete the seller information form below in its entirety and submit  to us.
